the tragedy, which started at about 11 am, was caused by an explosion which occurred when a truck attempted to discharge its contents without waiting for the mandatory cooling time while customers were said to be refilling their gas cylinders at the same time. President Buhari has expressed sadness over the incident in a speach he made on friday, "my heart and prayers go out to these greiving families at this difficult and painful moment", said the president.
