7 super weight loss and dieting tips

6.Take 10 minutes to eat a treat

Try this strategy to permanently reduce cravings: Portion out one serving of your favorite treat, taking a minute to smell it, look at it, and think about it. Take one small bite. Chew slowly, moving it around your mouth and focusing on the texture and taste, then swallow. Ask yourself whether you want another bite or if that one satisfied you. If you still want more, repeat, this time chewing the food 20 times. 

7.Get enough sleep

"Sleep is a cornerstone of weight management because of the impact it has on your hormones that control how you burn fat, how you store fat, and how you're maintaining muscle. The better your hormone balance, the better your weight management.

Dozens killed in a gas plant explosion in Nnewi Nigeria

it has been marked as a black christmas eve in nnewi as gas explosion killing hundreds of people and destroying properties. the tragedy, which started at about 11 am, was caused by an explosion which occurred when a truck attempted to discharge its contents without waiting for the mandatory cooling time while customers were said to be refilling their gas cylinders at the same time. President Buhari has expressed sadness over the incident in a speach he made on friday, "my heart and prayers go out to these greiving families at this difficult and painful moment", said the president.
